BetterYou Health & Beauty Store - Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exceptions will be made for opened items only in cases where there is an issue, such as broken seals or problems with capsules.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care, hygiene, and skincare products cannot be returned unless there is a product defect.
  • Clearance items or products purchased during promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are offered for defective or damaged products if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If the same product is available in stock, it will be sent as an exchange.
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

4. Refunds:

  • Customers can choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit for approved returns.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
