BetterYou Health & Beauty Store offers in-store pickup only for orders placed on www.betteryoustore.com. We do not offer local delivery or international shipping.

Order Preparation

Orders are usually ready for collection within one business day. Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next business day.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. If preparation is delayed or an item is unavailable, we will contact you.

Collecting Your Order

Collection is available during our published store opening hours. Please bring your order confirmation or order number.

If someone will collect on your behalf, please let us know beforehand and ensure they have your order details.

Pickup Charges

In-store pickup is free. No shipping or delivery charges apply.

Unable to Collect?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make alternative collection arrangements or request cancellation. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
