Thayers Hydrating Milky Toner

Thayers Hydrating Milky Toner is made for skin that needs hydration, not stripping. Its cushiony milky formula combines Snow Mushroom and Hyaluronic Acid to draw moisture into the skin, helping it feel softer, smoother and more comfortable while supporting the moisture barrier. Clinically tested to provide up to 48 hours of hydration and boost hydration levels by 35%, it also helps remove lingering impurities after cleansing and prepares the skin for serums and moisturizers. The alcohol-free, fragrance-free formula is particularly suited to normal, dry and sensitive skin and leaves the complexion feeling cushioned and hydrated rather than tight. It is also non-comedogenic, vegan and cruelty-free.

After cleansing, apply the toner to a cotton pad or pour a few drops directly into clean hands. Gently press or sweep across the face and neck and allow it to absorb. Do not rinse. Follow with serum and moisturizer. Use morning and night.
