1. Clean & Dry: Before applying the liner, make sure the area is clean and dry to ensure optimal comfort and freshness.

2. Peel Off Backing: Remove the adhesive backing from the liner.

3. Place in Undergarment: Position the liner in your underwear, adhesive side down. Adjust to fit comfortably.

4. Wear Throughout the Day: Wear the liner for light protection, whether for daily freshness, discharge, or light spotting.

5. Replace as Needed: Replace the liner with a fresh one when needed, typically every 4-6 hours or when it becomes uncomfortable.

Note: Dispose of used liners in the trash. Do not flush..
